What a wonderful world

Hey Blog. I’m sorry you’ve been lonely. It’s just that I’ve been really busy and I just haven’t had the time –

Yes. Yes, I’m seeing someone else. It’s name is Disneyland in California, and we get along really rather well. It’s a love hate relationship – I wait around all day just to spend only a few minutes – but the whole time it feels like a magical embrace that I’d like to never have to wake up from.

Either way, there hasn’t been time for a blog post lately. Bex and I have been spending 12+ hour days at Disneyland, soaking in the California Sun while it’s out, and freezing in the California Winter Winds when that sun is gone.

We’ve done just about everything we can in our hurricane tour of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. New years eve was a blast, and tonight we watched a water performance spectacle – but at the end of these long days we’re both so tired it’s difficult to be up to the task of sitting down and writing about it.

Sore Feet: ½☆☆☆☆
Would not recommend

Mega Tired: ★☆☆☆☆
Counter-productive at best.

Glad to have a hot spa: ★★★★★
Best cure to the two above known to man.

So, for when we do have some time, here is a small list of some of the things you have to look forward to being written about:
— First look at Disney, the lines, the people, the terrible weather on the first day
— Pizza from Marri’s Pizza delivered to our hotel
— Second day at Disney (new years eve, fireworks included)
— No special food outings
— Wild ride in the Camaro to Target, the store that has Everything, and a special lesson on how not to make a left hand turn
— First day at Disney California Adventure
— Review on Park Vue (mostly the spa) and how it’s been a great recovery spot.

For now, it’s half past mid-night, and Bex and I have a 6:40am start tomorrow; I know I’ll be needing some coffee. She’s already making Zeds so I better do the same.

I hope you’re having as much fun as we are, wherever you are :)
